Boxing Program at the CRA for Berkshire County Youth, Teens and Young Adults

At the CRA, our Boxing Program provides Berkshire County youth, teens, and young adults with a positive, structured environment to learn the sport of boxing while building confidence, discipline, and physical fitness. Whether participants are stepping into a boxing gym for the first time or looking to develop their skills further, our program offers expert instruction and supportive coaching for all experience levels.

Athletes learn boxing fundamentals including stance, footwork, punching technique, defense, conditioning, and ring awareness through age-appropriate training and engaging workouts. Beyond the physical benefits, boxing teaches focus, perseverance, respect, accountability, and goal setting. Valuable life skills that extend far beyond the gym.
