Cardio Drumming
Cardio drumming is a high-energy workout that combines drumming with aerobic exercises. Using drumsticks and an exercise ball, participants perform rhythmic motions that target the core, improve endurance, and enhance coordination. Set to upbeat music, it’s a fun and dynamic way to boost cardiovascular health and burn calories.
Drumsticks and exercise ball provided.

Fight Club Boxing
Wednesday: 4:30pm – 5:30pm

Step into the ring and unleash your inner champion in our BOXING class. This dynamic session combines precision-focused mitt work, powerful heavy bag drills, and lightning-fast speed bag exercises to sharpen your boxing skills. With emphasis on conditioning, agility, and speed, you’ll leave each class feeling both empowered and in peak physical form, ready to conquer any challenge that comes your way.

Flex & Flow Yoga

Join us on Saturdays for a class featuring a variety of yoga poses and stretches. A wonderful way to ease into your weekend!

It takes 21 days to start a habit and this workshop is designed to make the gym a positive habit for you. Join Mike on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. Each class will be a combination of strength, cardio, and everything in between.

Hi-Lo combines fun basic high- and low-impact choreography that’s easy to follow and is guaranteed to burn lots of calories.

Lunch Time Hoops
Tuesday: 12pm-2pm
Thursday: 12pm-2pm
Lunchtime Hoops is a year-round, drop-in basketball program held every Tuesday and Thursday from 12–2 PM at the CRA. It’s the perfect midday break for adults who want to stay active, connect with others, and enjoy some friendly, fast-paced competition. Whether you’re a regular or just stopping by when your schedule allows, Lunchtime Hoops offers a welcoming and energetic atmosphere for players of all skill levels. No registration needed—just show up, lace up, and hit the court.
A General Membership or Daily Use Pass is required.
Power Yoga
Tuesdays: 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm

This Yoga program fuses dynamic flow with the added challenge of weights and resistance bands to build strength and endurance. Each class emphasizes mindful movement while targeting major muscle groups and stabilizing the body through controlled resistance. Core integration is at the heart of every sequence, leaving you stronger, balanced, and energized.

We believe Yoga revitalizes and develops the power of the mind. The results are achieved using stretching, balance, strength exercises, breathing, and meditation. Come join us and a sense of well-being will be the result.

Yoga Stretch
Monday: 4:30pm – 5:30pm
Join Yoga Stretch for this gentle to moderate yoga class to open your body with gentle stretching. You will strengthen your core, increase flexibility, and find relaxation. Bring a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, a yoga strap, and a beach towel.
Beginner/Intermediate
Yoga with Static Stretching
Join in this fun strength and yoga stretch class which incorporates yoga, Pilates, strength, and balancing moves for a full body workout. Using our own body weight, balls, weights, resistance bands, and more to increase flexibility, strength, and balance.
Beginner/Intermediate
Youth Boxing – All Levels
Wednesday: 4:00pm – 4:45pm
Join us for our Youth Boxing Class, designed for kids in grades 3 – 6 who want to build confidence, learn self-defense, and get fit in a fun, supportive environment! This class focuses on fundamental boxing techniques, including footwork, punches, and defensive skills, while emphasizing discipline, respect, and teamwork.
Next session starts December 3rd and runs through February 4th.

Aquatics
Our swimming pool offers an essential space for the community, providing everything from lap pool swimming, family swim, recreational swim, youth and adult swim lessons, adult aquatics, and youth aquatics. Showcasing one of the oldest indoor swimming pools in Massachusetts and only public pool in the town of Dalton, we are proud to offer a range of aquatics programs to our members and guests.

May Day Races
This is a cherished annual event that offers fun for the whole family. Challenge yourself with the 10K course, which takes you through Dalton’s scenic streets. Weekend warriors will enjoy the 5K road/trail run that meanders through the woods. Kids can navigate a fun-filled obstacle course and even earn a popsicle for their hard work! Older youth can get creative and colorful in the Splatter Sprint, a one-mile race where runners are covered in vibrant color powder along the way.
