Dalton Carnival

The Dalton Carnival returns June 3–7 for five days of rides, games, food, family fun, and fireworks. Presented by Fanelli Amusement Company and the Dalton Fair Association, this longtime community tradition brings families and friends together to celebrate the start of summer in Dalton.

Fireworks will take place Friday and Saturday at dusk. Wrist Band “Pay One Price” specials will be available throughout the event.

Location: Route 9 behind the American Legion

Discount tickets are available at the CRA. We look forward to welcoming the community back for another exciting year at the Dalton Carnival.

Reading Shakespeare – Much Ado About Nothing

Much Ado About Nothing is a sparkling romantic comedy centered on two contrasting couples: the witty, banter-driven Beatrice and Benedick, who claim to despise love, and the young, naive Hero and Claudio. Through schemes, eavesdropping, and false accusations, they fall in and out of love, all culminating in a joyous, chaotic resolution.

Dalton Day

Dalton Day 2026 will take place on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Dalton Senior Center (Field Street Extension) in Dalton, MA. This free community festival offers a fun, family-friendly afternoon for all ages.

Enjoy live entertainment featuring the John Irish Dancers, Bowey the Clown, musician Brian Benlien, and Jack Waldheim. Kids will love balloon creations by Andrew the Ballooniac, face painting, and touch-a-truck activities. Guests can also explore a variety of local food vendors and community booths, sponsored by the Town of Dalton Cultural Council.

Mobile Food Bank
