College Readiness Workshop: Pathways to College Success

High school juniors and sophmores are invited to attend this comprehensive college readiness workshop designed to help you confidently navigate the path to higher education. Join us for an informative and interactive session covering essential steps in the college planning process.

Location: Wahconah Regional High School

Workshop Topics Include:

  • College Essay Writing Lab – Learn how to craft a compelling personal statement
  • Resume Building – Create a strong academic resume that stands out
  • College Selection & Readiness – Identify best-fit schools and prepare for the application process

Dalton Carnival

Dalton Carnival

The Dalton Carnival returns June 3–7 for five days of rides, games, food, family fun, and fireworks.

Presented by Fanelli Amusement Company and the Dalton Fair Association, this longtime community tradition brings families and friends together to celebrate the start of summer in Dalton.

Fireworks will take place Friday and Saturday at dusk.

Wrist Band “Pay One Price” specials will be available throughout the event.

Location: Route 9 behind the American Legion

Discount tickets are available at the CRA.

We look forward to welcoming the community back for another exciting year at the Dalton Carnival.

Much Ado About Nothing is a sparkling romantic comedy centered on two contrasting couples: the witty, banter-driven Beatrice and Benedick, who claim to despise love, and the young, naive Hero and Claudio. Through schemes, eavesdropping, and false accusations, they fall in and out of love, all culminating in a joyous, chaotic resolution.
