The Community Recreation Association (CRA) offers a range of rental spaces, both indoor and outdoor, to suit events of all types and sizes. Whether you’re planning a formal celebration, a casual get-together, a community meeting, or a children’s birthday party, our venues provide flexible and welcoming options year-round.

Outdoor spaces include expansive lawns, private enclosed yards, and scenic features like gazebos and memorial fountains—perfect for ceremonies, photo opportunities, and relaxed outdoor gatherings.

Our indoor spaces are just as versatile, accommodating everything from business meetings and workshops to parties, showers, and formal events. With a variety of room sizes and layouts, it’s easy to find the right fit for your event.

From intimate gatherings to large-scale events, CRA rental spaces provide the perfect setting in a community-focused atmosphere.

Pool Party Celebration

Community House – A pool party can celebrate a variety of occasions, from birthdays and graduations to holidays and seasonal milestones. It’s a fun way to mark achievements, and bond with friends and family. A pool party brings people together to celebrate in a relaxed, festive atmosphere.

The CRA Pool Party Package is available on Sundays.
11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. the renter will have access to the Party Room (across from the pool).
12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. all guests will have access to use the CRA Pool and a certified lifeguard to monitor the pool. All swimmers must rinse off before entering the pool.

DYC Birthday Bash

Youth Center (DYC) – Make it a day to remember—our gym and game rooms are available on Sundays for fun-filled, action-packed birthday celebrations your child will love! Adult Supervision Required!

The DYC Party Package is available on Sundays.

Greylock Room

Youth Center (DYC) – The Greylock Conference Room is a multi-purpose space ideal for meetings, educational groups, and seminars. Equipped with movable tables, a ceiling-mounted projector, and a built-in audio system, it’s designed to accommodate a wide range of events with ease. Whether you’re hosting a training session, a group discussion, or a small seminar, this room offers the flexibility and tools you need to make it a success.

Please note that the Greylock Conference Room is not handicap accessible.

Fountain of Celebration

Community House Memorial Lawn – A stunning choice for birthdays, weddings, and unforgettable celebrations, the Memorial Lawn & Fountain offers a timeless setting where elegance meets charm. Gather beneath open skies, surrounded by beautifully manicured lawns, as the graceful fountain serves as a captivating centerpiece. This picturesque space sets the stage for cherished memories and picture-perfect moments.

Hall of Fame Room

Community House – This conference room is an intimate, multi-functional space designed to honor local athletic legends while supporting community events. It features a conference table suited for meetings, a podium for speakers during ceremonies or presentations, and a Smart TV for digital presentations or video playback. With a seating capacity of 10 to 15 people, the room is ideal for small gatherings or team meetings blending commemorative ambiance with practical functionality.
