Sign ups for Dalton CRA Soccer leagues will be taken July 1st through July 25th for Fall Soccer and March 1st-March 31st for Spring Soccer at the Dalton CRA. All players must have a current Junior Membership ($40.00 which is good for 1 year from purchase date) and pay the league fee. Financial Aid is available upon request. FA forms can be picked up at the CRA. All requests are kept confidential. Please sign up on time so we can run organized programs with proper uniforms and equipment.
Spring Soccer
Travel Soccer:
We will hold tryouts for the Dalton CRA 2017 Spring travel soccer teams the week of October 24, 2016. The teams will compete in the Berkshire County Youth Soccer League (BCYSL) and will attend a tournament Memorial Day weekend. All players must reside in Central Berkshire Regional School District (CBRSD) or attend CBRSD schools.
Pre-school & K Soccer:
This is a co-ed league for children 4 years old to entering Kindergarten. Games are on Saturday mornings at 9am, 10am, 11am or 12pm at Craneville School. Season runs from April through June. Grade 1 & 2 Soccer:
This is an instructional league for boys and girls in grades 1 & 2. Games will be Saturday’s at 9am, 10am, or 11am and one weeknight per week at 5:30pm. Games will be held at Craneville School. The season runs from April through June. Teams may practice occasionally. League fee includes t – shirt and socks. This is a co-ed league for kids in grades 3, 4, and 5. Games will be Saturday mornings and one weeknight per week at the Dalton American Legion. League standings and scores are kept (playoffs conclude the season). Season runs from early September through late October. League fee includes t-shirt and socks, referees and trophies). Just Play Soccer:
This is a co-ed soccer league for kids in grades 6, 7, and 8. Games will be Wednesday afternoons at Nessacus Middle School. Snack and drink will be provided. 8 week season runs from early September through late October. League fees include t-shirt. Travel Soccer
The Dalton CRA offers boys and girls travel soccer teams in 3 divisions, U10, U12, and U14. These teams compete in the Berkshire County Youth Soccer League (8-10 games) as well as in a “Labor Day Kick off Classic Tournament” held in Pittsfield, the Dalton CRA “Just for Kicks Tournament” in Dalton held on Columbus Day Weekend, plus a tournament in November. All children must have a current CRA/DYC Youth Membership. Cost is $40.00 and is good for 1 year from purchase date. Financial Aid is available upon request for all leagues.
